Health and Safety Guidelines
It is such a delight to have you join us for this festive and fun occasion. To ensure everyone's safety and merriment, please read through the following health and safety guidelines.
1. Weather and Low Temperatures
- Dress appropriately
The weather can change quickly, so please wear warm layers, gloves, hats, and scarves. Consider bringing waterproof clothing if rain is in the forecast. - Stay hydrated
It's important to drink plenty of water, even when it's cold. Bring a water bottle or thermos with you to stay hydrated throughout the evening.
2. Health and Hygiene
- Please stay at home if you're feeling unwell
If you feel sick or have any flu-like symptoms (cough, fever, etc.), please stay home to keep everyone safe.
3. Physical Safety
- Safe walking routes
The designated area in Trafalgar Square is safe for caroling. On your route to the designated spot, please be mindful of your surroundings and avoid any hazardous areas (e.g., icy spots, busy roads). - In case of injury
If you sustain an injury, please alert us immediately.
4. Environmental Considerations
- Respect the community
Please be considerate towards everybody around you. - Leave nothing behind
Please pick up any litter and dispose of it properly. Help us keep the environment clean by using trash bins or bringing your own trash bags.
